E-Consul system: Ukrainians abroad can now submit documents online

On August 20, all Ukrainian embassies and consulates officially launched the e-Consul system, which allows submitting documents for notarization online.
The new service is available in 120 foreign diplomatic missions of Ukraine, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reported , "Komersant Ukrainian".
How e-Consul works
From now on, Ukrainian citizens abroad can submit applications and documents in electronic format through an electronic cabinet.
The system provides for:
- online filling of standardized forms;
- access to sample documents;
- the ability to upload files without a personal visit to an institution.
A person will need to visit a consulate or embassy only once to receive a ready-made document.
Stages of launch
The service was launched on July 1 in stages. At first, the system was connected to two queues of diplomatic missions, and on August 20, it became fully operational.
Almost 500 Ukrainians have already used the service during the test period.
