The enemy continues the offensive: Syrsky named the hot spots of the front

The enemy does not pay attention to the rather high level of losses and continues to rush in the direction of Pokrovsk. Fierce battles continue in Krasnogorovka, in the Progres, Zalizny, Northern, and Chasovoy Yar districts. In fact, active combat operations of varying intensity are taking place along the entire front. The Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Oleksandr Syrskyi spoke about the situation at the front, informs "Komersant Ukrainian"
The Russian occupiers also do not stop trying to capture Makiivka and Stelmakhivka. They are also trying to take control of the floodplain islands on the left bank of the Dnipro River and are attacking the positions of our soldiers in Klishchiivka and Ivanovo.
In his opinion, in order to stop the offensive of the enemy, who has a numerical advantage, it is necessary to “effective fire damage to the enemy’s main forces and his reserves on distant approaches, complex damage to the enemy in front of the front edge, stable holding of lines and positions prepared in terms of engineering, maximum effective use of all capabilities of weapons and ammunition, primarily combat drones, in which we have an advantage.”
He added that it is also necessary to master new methods of destroying the enemy’s reconnaissance UAVs in the conditions of a total shortage of short-range anti-aircraft missiles, only with the use of EW and FPV drones.
Syrsky emphasized that this requires high-quality training for combat missions of all categories of military personnel. In particular, the training of staffs of all levels.
What is the situation at the front
During the past day, 117 combat clashes were recorded.
Yesterday, in total, the Russian aggressor hit the positions of our troops and populated areas with three missiles (4 missiles), 72 air strikes (including 100 air defense systems) and 1,542 kamikaze drone strikes, carried out 4,621 attacks on the positions of our troops, 135 of them from anti-aircraft missiles .
Areas of the settlements of Vovchansk, Borshcheva, Liptsi, Kolisnikivka, Hlyboke, Dekhtyarne, Bely Kolodyaz, Mali Prohody, Staritsa of the Kharkiv region were hit by enemy airstrikes; Grekivka, Makiivka, Nadiya, Luhansk region; Northern, New York, Toretsk, Novoselivka Persha, Katerynivka, Oleksandropil, Mezhov, Berestok, Kostyantynivka, Razlyv, Neskuchne, Staromayorske, Urozhayne, Ugledar, Vovche, Zhelanne, Donetsk region; Stepnohorsk in Zaporozhye; Tyaginka, Tamarine, Burgunka, Kherson region.
In the Kharkiv direction, the enemy continued active actions, a total of 12 combat clashes took place. Fighting took place in the areas of the settlements of Vovchansk and Hlyboke.
In the Kupyansk direction, the enemy attacked the positions of our units 11 times. Defense forces repelled assaults near Sinkivka, Stelmakhivka, Berestovo and in the direction of Hlushkivka.
In the Lymansky direction, our troops repelled 11 attacks by the occupiers near Makiivka, Nevsky, and Terni.
In the Siversky direction, the Defense Forces repelled nine assaults, near Verkhnyokamyanskyi and Vyimka.
In the Kramatorsk direction, our soldiers stopped 13 attempts by the enemy to break through our defenses, in particular, in the areas of Chasovoy Yar, where more than half of these clashes took place, and Andriivka of the Donetsk region.
In the Toretsk direction, with the support of aviation, the enemy carried out eight attacks near the settlements of Severny, Zalizne and Toretsk.
In the Pokrovsky direction, our defenders repelled 39 offensive and assault actions. The enemy concentrated its efforts in the areas of Vozdvizhenka, Novoselivka Pershaya, Novooleksandrivka, Progress, Kalinovy and Umansky of the Donetsk region.
In the Kurakhiv direction, the Defense Forces continue to hold back the enemy in the areas of Krasnohorivka and Paraskoviivka settlements. Here, Russian troops tried seven times to break through the defense of our troops.
In the Vremivsk direction, the aggressor made one unsuccessful assault on our positions. At the same time, the enemy extremely actively used assault and bombing aircraft on this part of the front, struck the areas of the settlements of Vugledar, Katerynivka, Urozhaine, Staromayorske. Kostyantynivka, Spillyv, Neskuchne, Vremivka.
Three times the occupiers unsuccessfully stormed our positions in the Orihiv direction, near Robotyny and Novodanilivka.
In the Dnieper direction, the enemy does not stop trying to knock our units out of their positions. Three unsuccessful assaults of the aggressor were repelled by Ukrainian soldiers.
On the Volyn and Poliske directions, the operational situation has not changed significantly. No signs of the formation of offensive groups of occupiers were found.
On the border with the Chernihiv and Sumy regions, the enemy maintains a military presence, shelling populated areas from the territory of the Russian Federation, conducting sabotage and reconnaissance activities.
Losses of the enemy
At the same time, our soldiers continue to inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupying forces, exhausting the enemy along the entire line of battle and in its rear.
Yesterday, the aviation and missile forces and artillery of the Defense Forces hit the command post, ammunition warehouse, four artillery systems, two air defense systems, a radar station and 15 areas of concentration of personnel and military equipment of the occupiers.
Yes, last day the total losses of the Russian invaders amounted to 1050 people. Also, our soldiers destroyed 18 tanks, 17 armored combat vehicles, 51 artillery systems, two anti-aircraft guns, four air defense systems, 73 operational-tactical unmanned aerial vehicles, 102 vehicles and 21 units of special equipment.
