On the night of January 10, services will be temporarily unavailable in the Reserve app for conscripts due to scheduled technical work in the Oberig registry. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Defense, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
According to the ministry, the work will last from 12:00 a.m. to 5:00 a.m. During this period, users will not be able to use the app’s services, including obtaining services or updating their Reserve ID.
The Ministry of Defense advises users to ensure they have access to their electronic military registration document in advance. To do this, users are recommended to download a PDF version of the document directly in the program.
“The work will be completed at 05:00, after which the services will operate as usual,” the statement said.
What notifications does “Reserve” already send?
As of now, the app informs users about the following events:
- submission and removal from the wanted list;
- violations of military registration rules and fines;
- Reserve ID updates;
- updating and obtaining personal data;
- granting of deferrals or reservations;
- obtaining an electronic referral to the VLK.
What new notifications will appear in the future
Over the next quarter, Reserve plans to add notifications about:
- military registration;
- removal from registration;
- exclusion from registration;
- cancellation of deferrals.
The Ministry of Defense notes that the development of the application should make mobilization processes more transparent, understandable, and predictable for citizens.
