In Odesa, a blogger who filmed the work of TCC employees and posted the video on the social network TikTok was brought to court. The resident of Odesa was accused of obstructing the legitimate activities of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, but the blogger will not go to prison. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Register of Court Decisions.
The court’s decision states that on 17 May this year, the blogger, using his Apple iPhone 11 Pro Max mobile phone, posted and distributed videos he had shot himself, which showed the fact and place of mobilisation activities by the TCC staff at the intersection of Hrushevskoho and Khimichna streets.
The post was viewed by a significant number of people who liked it, 557 commented on it, and 541 saved it.
Some time later, on 28 May, the blogger again posted another similar video about the mobilisation activities of the TCC staff at the intersection of Hrushevskoho and Khimichna streets. But the second video received fewer views, likes and shares.

The court decision states that the defendant made a deal with the prosecutor and pleaded guilty.

As a result, his five-year prison sentence was replaced by one year of probation. At the same time, the blogger’s iPhone was confiscated.
In addition, the following duties are imposed on the Odesa resident:
- periodically report for registration to the authorised body on probation;
- to notify the authorised body on probation of any change of place of residence, work or study;
- not to travel outside of Ukraine without the consent of the authorised probation body.
