Last year, businesses changed address and director data 4 times more often

Since the beginning of the large-scale Russian invasion, businesses have made more than 278,000 registration changes, of which almost 80% were in 2023. The most frequent changes were to company directors and registration addresses, Kommersant Ukrainian 
reports, citing Opendatabot.
The most popular registration changes during the full-scale invasion were
- company directors – 114,485 changes, 41.2%;
- registration addresses – 108,403 changes, 39%;
- status – 33,006 changes, 11.9%;
- type of activity – 22,227 changes, 8%.
As for 2023, 220.9 thousand registration changes were recorded last year. This almost corresponds to the figures for 2021: there were 224 thousand changes in the registers then.
“Instead, in 2022, their number dropped to 57 thousand. This is 20% of the total number of registration changes since the beginning of the invasion,”
– opendatabot reported.
Earlier, it was reported that over the past 4 years, more than 4 thousand companies have been founded by 14 Ukrainians. The record holder among serial entrepreneurs in Ukraine opened 3-4 new companies a day in 2024. And the largest mass founder of companies is TAYKUN AP LLC – 532 companies. The main activity of this company is in the field of law.
