Trump congratulates America on half a year of his presidency

US President Donald Trump congratulated Americans on the six-month anniversary of his presidency on his Truth Social page.

The politician began his post with the words: “Wow, time is flying!”. He noted that during his six months in the White House, the country has turned from “hopeless” to “hot and respected in the world.”
“We have accomplished many good and great things, including ending many wars with nations not connected to us other than through trade and/or in some cases, friendship,” the American leader wrote.
He added that he considers the first six months to be one of the most important periods for any president. And he called the changes that have taken place since he took office dramatic. He concluded his post with the words “Happy Anniversary!”.
On Monday, January 20, Trump took the oath of office and officially became the 47th President of the United States. Upon taking office, he announced the introduction of a state of emergency on the border with Mexico and the deployment of troops there. The new head of state also confirmed his plans to rename the Gulf of Mexico into the Gulf of America and assured that only two genders would be recognized in the country. He also promised to return freedom of speech to the United States. According to Trump, his inauguration marked the beginning of America’s “golden age.”
