ASCs stopped updating military registration data: how and where to do it

Starting from 17 July, ASCs (Administrative Service Centres) will not update military registration data. In the future, this can only be done at the TAC and the Reserve mobile application. This was announced by the spokesman for the Ministry of Defence Dmytro Lazutkin during a telethon, reports
Lazutkin reminded that people had 60 days to update their data. This could be done at ASCs, TCCs and JVs, and the Reserve app. From 17 July, military records can only be updated at TCCs and JVs (territorial recruitment and social support centres) and the Reserve app.
According to Lazutkin, those who fail to update their military registration data on time may face fines. However, these fines will not be sent automatically.
“Many people apparently put it off until the last minute and hoped that the initiatives of MPs who proposed to extend the deadline would be supported. Starting from 17 July, updates are possible only in the Reserve or TCC and JV, but again, this does not mean that fines will be issued and sent out automatically, there is a certain procedure,”
– the spokesman said.
He added that the Ministry of Defence had no influence on the work of the ASCs and their working hours.
According to the Ministry of Defence, about 4.5 million Ukrainians have already updated their military records. Of these, 3 million 200 thousand did so through the Reserve and were able to download electronic military registration documents.
It should be noted that 16 July was the last day for updating military registration data. All men and women liable for military service aged 18 to 60 had to do so.
Starting from 00:00 on 17 July, border guards will check the presence of a military registration document for all Ukrainian men aged 18 to 60 when leaving Ukraine.
