“Entrepreneur’s Digital Shield”: StopTsyk platform for business protection launched in Ukraine
2 September 2025 19:59
on September 2, 2025, during the X International Business Protection Forum in Kyiv, Prosecutor General of Ukraine Ruslan Kravchenko presented a new digital platform StopTsyk, a tool designed to protect entrepreneurs from unlawful interference by law enforcement agencies, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The purpose of the initiative
The StopPressure platform is part of the state policy aimed at:
- combating corruption pressure on business;
- ensuring transparency in the interaction of entrepreneurs with law enforcement agencies;
- creating a system of rapid response to violations of business rights.
How StopTsyk works
The portal allows entrepreneurs to:
- get authorized through Diia;
- submit a report of pressure or violations;
- attach documents, photos or videos as evidence;
- receive feedback on the consideration of the appeal;
- track the status of the case through an interactive dashboard.
All appeals are automatically registered, categorized, and forwarded to the Prosecutor General’s Office for consideration. Decisions are made within the timeframe established by law, and businesses receive constant feedback.
Audit of criminal cases
After his appointment as Prosecutor General, Kravchenko initiated an audit of criminal proceedings against businesses:
- almost 23 thousand cases were identified;
- over 7,500 proceedings that had no judicial prospects were closed.
Statement of the Prosecutor General
“In my first days in office, I clearly told all prosecutors: do not touch entrepreneurs. If a business is honest and transparent, it operates freely, and the prosecutor’s office protects its right to do so. But if someone decides to play by different rules, there is only one reaction: zero tolerance and no compromises.”
Significance for business
The launch of StopPressure is a step towards creating a new culture of interaction between the state and entrepreneurs. The platform should become a barrier to abuse as well as a tool of legal protection for those who run honest businesses.
