Temporary restrictions at Oschadbank: cards and apps will not be working

Oschadbank has announced temporary service disruptions due to a scheduled technical upgrade. The work will take place overnight from March 22 to March 23, from 12:10 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.

During this period, customers will not be able to perform transactions with payment cards, withdraw or deposit funds at ATMs, or make payments at POS terminals or online.
The “Mobile Oschad” and “OschadPAY” mobile apps will also be temporarily unavailable.
The bank explained that the update is being carried out to modernize the system and test the resilience of the processing infrastructure. This should improve the stability and reliability of the services in the future.
Once the technical work is complete, starting at 6:00 a.m. on March 23, all services will resume normal operations. The bank recommends that customers make any necessary payments in advance to avoid inconvenience.
