Some services are unavailable on “Dii”: what isn’t working and when services will be restored

Some services on the Diya app and portal are temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance work on government registries. The restrictions will last for varying periods depending on the service. This was reported by the service’s press office, according to "Komersant Ukrainian"
Which services are temporarily unavailable
Due to technical work in the “Oberig” registry, services related to military registration and employee reservation will be unavailable until 9:00 a.m. on March 21.
Specifically, the following will not be available:
- display of military registration documents
- employee registration
- verification of data on reserved individuals
- renewal or cancellation of reservations.
What else will not be available
Also, due to updates to the Unified State Register of Vehicles, the vehicle re-registration service will be temporarily unavailable.
The restrictions will be in effect:
- from 5:00 PM on March 21
- until 8:00 PM on March 23
Which services are operating as usual
Other services in the app are operating as usual.
Users are advised to:
- plan in advance when using services
- check the availability of services
- stay tuned for official announcements.
What new features will be added to “Dii”
It was previously reported that the mechanism for using Diia.Sign will change in 2026. To use it, you will need to:
- have a biometric document
- use a smartphone with NFC
In the near future, drivers will also be able to file accident reports online via a digital Europrotocol without calling the police.
