The Diia app has been experiencing technical problems since the morning of August 3. Users complain that an error appears when they log in to the app.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to RBC-Ukraine.
Thus, when logging into the Diia app, the message “Unfortunately, an error has occurred” is displayed. However, by closing the window, users can access electronic documents.
Also, when generating a QR code for electronic documents, the application indicates “No access to registers”.
What the Ministry of Digital Transformation says
First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov advised users to update the Diia app.
“Last night, the Diia team updated the SSL encryption certificates. We do this regularly, because Diia should be not only convenient but also secure,” said Fedorov.
You can update the Diia app via the Play Market or Apple Store.
