The Diia portal will soon launch an AI assistant and six new services. This was announced by First Vice Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“A convenient digital state is an opportunity to receive a service or consultation for a specific life situation without visiting government agencies and wasting time in queues. Every week we launch new services that eliminate bureaucracy, queues and corruption,” he said.
Fedorov listed the new services and explained the necessity of each of them.
“AI assistant on the Diia portal. We are going to launch the world’s first national AI assistant that will provide public services. The first service will be an income statement. Later, you will be able to receive consultations and public services by simply writing your request in a chat in human language,” the official said.
The next service, eNotary, will allow Ukrainians to receive notary services online.
“This is about quality, price reduction and other advantages of online services,” the First Deputy Prime Minister said.
eAccise. It is important because in just one year Ukraine loses about UAH 30 billion due to non-payment of taxes on alcohol and tobacco.
“We will digitally transform the sector and replace paper excise stamps with electronic ones. Ukrainians will be able to check the legality of products in Diia by simply scanning the electronic stamp,” assured Fedorov.
Soon, Diia will launch a comprehensive service for the military and their families – the Wounded Man’s Way. The entire process will be online, and interaction with government agencies will be automatic. There will be no queues, no collection of documents, and no trips to different institutions.
Basic social assistance. A beta test of the service, which has no analogues in other countries, is starting. This is a comprehensive service that will combine all social benefits into one. The application is submitted through Diia, without paperwork.
A police clearance certificate with an apostille. Work is underway with the Ministry of Internal Affairs to enable Ukrainians to order a document from Diia with delivery.
“Currently, it can be obtained at only one address in Kyiv – the new service will fix this inconvenience,” the official promised.
As reported, as of the beginning of 2025, more than 30 services were available in the Diia app, while there were more than 130 services on the Diia portal.
