Diia has launched a new service for entrepreneurs: how it will help businesses

The Diia mobile application has a new administrative service called e-Entrepreneur. How it will help Ukrainian businessmen, tells [Kommersant] with reference to the Minister of Digital Transformation of Ukraine Mikhail Fedorov.
According to him, e-Entrepreneur is actually a complex that combines 10 services. Among them:
- state registration of individual entrepreneurs;
- state registration of changes to the information on sole proprietorships contained in the Unified State Register;
- state registration of food market operators’ facilities;
- submission of vacancies;
- state registration of establishment of a limited liability company on the basis of a model charter;
- state registration of the transition of a limited liability company to operate on the basis of a model charter
- registration/transition to the simplified taxation system;
- registration as a value added tax payer;
- registration of a declaration of compliance of the material and technical base of the business entity with the requirements of fire safety legislation;
- opening a bank account.
“You no longer need to spend a few days to a month going around all the institutions and then waiting for answers to start your own business. Now, one application through Diia and everything is ready,” commented Mikhail Fedorov on the new services in the Diia app.
He added that the service can be used by future entrepreneurs, and existing businesses can receive additional services. Extracts, declarations and service results will be always at hand thanks to the mobile application of administrative services.
It should be noted that the e-Entrepreneur comprehensive service was developed as part of the EU4DigitalUA project, funded by the European Union and implemented by the Estonian Academy of Electronic Governance.
