As a result of a massive missile and drone attack on the energy infrastructure, emergency power outages were introduced in a number of regions of Ukraine on the afternoon of December 6.

This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Ukrenergo.

“The previously published power outage schedules in the regions where emergency blackouts have been introduced are not currently in effect. Power engineers are working to restore stable power supply as soon as possible,” the company said.

Emergency blackouts will be canceled after the situation in the power system stabilizes.

Currently, the schedules are not in effect in Dnipropetrovska, Poltavska, Kharkivska and Sumska oblasts.

Ukrenergo noted that the situation in the power system may change. You can follow the updated information on the pages of distribution system operators (oblenergos) in your region

“If you have electricity now, please consume it sparingly!” the power engineers urge Ukrainians.
