NovaPay has a new CEO: who is it?

Igor Syrovatko is stepping down as CEO of NovaPay, a member of the NOVA Group of Companies—a position he has held since September 2025.
This was reported by NovaPay, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
The decision was made by mutual agreement following discussions about the future management structure of the company during its next stage of development, the statement said.
The company reports that Syrovatko will continue working at the company until the end of March and will ensure the handover of key processes, tasks, and areas of responsibility to the team.
Igor Prykhodko, who previously served as NovaPay’s CFO, has been appointed acting CEO of NovaPay.
The NOVA Group thanked Syrovatko for his cooperation and contribution to the company’s development.
“We are grateful to Igor for his work and wish him success in his future professional endeavors,” the company noted.
Syrovatko himself thanked the shareholders and the team for their trust and collaboration, expressing confidence in NovaPay’s future development.
“NovaPay’s renewed management team continues to work on implementing the company’s strategy to provide the best financial services to clients,” noted Vyacheslav Klimov, co-owner of the NOVA Group.
It is known that Syrovatko has financial experience in the banking sector, and at OLX he headed the customer service department in Ukraine and Central Asia.
