Body of US Embassy attaché in Ukraine found in Kyiv – media

A US Embassy attaché was found dead in Kyiv at the Hilton Hotel on Tuesday, 25 June. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" reports news agency citing information from RBC-Ukraine.

Citing its own sources, the media outlet reported that the man’s body was found around 11:00. At first glance, there were no signs of violent death. According to preliminary information, the diplomat had problems with cholesterol.

It is known that the Ukrainian attaché arrived in Ukraine on 15 June. The US Embassy has not yet officially commented on the incident.
