The number of victims of the Russian attack on Kyiv has risen to 16. This was reported by the State Emergency Service, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“As of 23.20, the bodies of 3 more dead people have been unblocked from the rubble of a partially destroyed nine-story building in Solomyansky district,” the statement said.
It is noted that in total, the bodies of 11 people were recovered from the specified address.
