What will be the cost of subscription services for heat supply
As it became known to Kommersant Ukrainian
Thus, the subscription fee has been increased since 1 May, but Kyiv residents were not warned about it. Consumers will receive bills with the new figures in June.
Why the price has increased
The main reason for the increase in the cost of service is the growth of the subsistence minimum and the rise in the cost of production materials, and notes that the last time the subscription fee for consumers was raised several years ago.
It also clarifies that the approval of the new price for subscription services takes place after the issuance of an order at the enterprise and is not regulated by the National Energy and Utilities Regulatory Commission.
As you know, since 2021, the subscription fee has been separated into a separate line in the payment for consumed housing and communal services. At the time, this caused a lot of outrage among consumers. Prior to that period, the company’s services were included in the single tariff for water or heat. In addition to the new lines with charges for subscription services (separately for heat and hot water), in 2021, the payment for heat energy was also separated into such components as the operation of heating and hot water supply systems (designated as FSO and FSG in the bills).
