Today, at about 12 p.m., on August 30, MP Andriy Parubiy was killed in a shooting in Lviv.
This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Telegram of the National Police of Ukraine.
According to police, today, around noon, 102 received a report of a shooting in the Frankivsk district of Lviv. The victim died on the spot as a result of his injuries. It has been established that the victim was a well-known public and political figure born in 1971.
Law enforcement officers are taking all measures to identify the shooter and locate him. All details will be disclosed in the manner and to the extent provided by the criminal procedural law.
According to the head of the Lviv regional police Maxim Kozytsky, the shooter who killed former Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Andriy Parubiy is being searched for in the Lviv region. According to him, all specialized services are involved. It is reported that the victim died before the arrival of medics.
