Searches are being conducted at the Dnipro City Council

Dnipro Mayor Boris Filatov reported that law enforcement officers conducted searches at the city hall on the morning of January 20. According to him, the investigation concerned burials at a landfill site.
He wrote about this on his Facebook page, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
“This morning, law enforcement officers came to the city hall with a search warrant. Allegedly, something was buried incorrectly at the city landfill,” the official wrote.
Filatov also reported that the searches began on the same day that a large boiler room was damaged during a night attack on Dnipro.
“Now, in addition to calls from utility workers, gas workers, and heating workers, I also have to listen to lawyers and environmentalists. Couldn’t they have come with the search not this morning, but at least tomorrow?” the mayor wrote.
Law enforcement officials have not yet commented on the situation.
