In the center of Munich (Germany), a car crashed into a group of people, more than 20 people were injured, and the driver of the vehicle was detained.
This was reported by the police of the Bavarian capital on the social network X, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“The driver of the car has been detained, there is no longer a threat,” the post reads.
According to Bavarian radio, which cites the police, at least 20 people were injured during the incident in Munich.
The car ran over the participants of the demonstration organized by the Verdi trade union.
A large number of law enforcement officers and rescuers are working at the scene. An investigation has been launched.
No motives have been reported so far.
A number of demonstrations are taking place in Munich today.
On Friday, the Munich Security Conference opens in the city, attended by hundreds of state leaders, ministers, politicians, experts, public figures and journalists.
