The National Police commented on the nighttime protest of Vinnytsia residents against TCC and JV, which was accompanied by clashes with law enforcement.

This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the Vinnytsia regional police.

Law enforcement officers noted that during the events to notify citizens about mobilization, the TCC soldiers found a man who was wanted for evading military service.

Later, a group of people, including representatives of an NGO, arrived at the temporary location of the TCC and, demanding the man’s release, started a conflict with the military.

“About 80 citizens approached the institution, some of whom broke down the gate of the facility and tried to break through. Police measures were taken to push the people away from the facility,” the statement said.

It is noted that the police are conducting an inspection and ensuring public order near the building.
