According to UP sources, MPs from the Servant of the People party Yevhen Pyvovarov, Ihor Negulevskyi, Olha Savchenko and Yuriy Kisel have already been served with suspicion notices as part of the NABU and SAPO exposure of an organized criminal group, but other suspicions may be announced.

This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Ukrainska Pravda and ZN.UA.

At the same time, ZN.UA reports that only three MPs – Pyvovarov, Negulevsky and Kisel – are suspected under Article 368 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (acceptance of an offer, promise or receipt of undue advantage by an official).

According to the newspaper, in addition to Article 368, the ruling also mentioned Articles 255 (creation, management of a criminal community or criminal organization, as well as participation in it) and 369 (offer, promise or provision of an undue benefit to an official). It is possible that these two articles of the Criminal Code will be added to the list of preventive measures.

At the same time, according to the newspaper, Yuriy Koryavchenkov (Yuzik) allegedly left Ukraine. UP’s sources in the faction denied this information. According to them, Koryavchenkov has not been served with a notice of suspicion.

ZN.UA reminds that on December 11, it reported on wiretapping in the office of MP Yuriy Kisel, a “servant” of the faction, thanks to which NABU was able to record his confidential contacts not only with former First Assistant to the President Serhiy Shefir, but also with numerous other high-ranking officials sensitive to Bankova Street. The newspaper’s sources said that detectives had found a “cash window” where MPs of the National Assembly received shadow payments.
