Reserve has launched a new deferral for parents with multiple children: how to apply online

A new feature has been added to the Reserve app: automated processing of deferrals from mobilization for parents with multiple children. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
Now you can submit your application entirely online — without any certificates, paper applications, or visits to the TCC or ASC.
Who can get a deferral through Rezerv
Men subject to military service who meet the following criteria are eligible for an online deferral:
- have three or more children under the age of 18 (all born in Ukraine);
- the children may be born in one or more marriages or out of wedlock;
- have no arrears in alimony payments, or the debt does not exceed the amount of payments for three months;
- have correctly entered personal data (full name, date of birth, RNOKPP) in state registers.
When a deferral will not be granted
The Ministry of Defense emphasizes that if the data in the registers is outdated or the arrears in alimony payments exceed three months, the deferral will not be granted automatically.
In this case, you need to:
- Update the information in the state registers.
- Pay off the alimony debt.
- Resubmit your request through the app.

How to apply for a deferral online
The procedure is as simple as possible:
- Submit a request in the “Reserve” app.
- The system automatically checks the grounds through state registries.
- If the grounds are confirmed, the deferral is granted automatically.
- The information appears in the electronic military registration document.
The process usually takes from a few minutes to a few hours.
What this means for large families
The launch of automated deferrals reduces the bureaucratic burden and allows parents with many children to quickly apply for deferrals without having to physically visit regional recruitment centers.
The digitization of military registration through “Reserve” has become another step in simplifying procedures for citizens subject to military service.
