Zelenskyy is preparing proposals, they will be presented to Biden first, but at the same time, meetings with Kamala Harris and Donald Trump are being arranged. Because if he meets only with Trump, there will be suspicion that Zelenskyy is betting on Trump, which is unacceptable to us. Ukraine will remain neutral in these elections,” Volodymyr Fesenko
