PrivatBank app crashes

The state-owned PrivatBank currently has difficulties creating payments, updating statements, and some other services in its app.
This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian".
There are reports on the web that the Privat24 app is down. When making transactions, the bank displays a service error message.
The bank’s customers began complaining about problems with the PrivatBank app on the morning of Saturday, November 1. Authorization either did not take place or it was impossible to proceed to this stage at all. It was not possible to log in to the account either from the phone or from other devices.
PrivatBank confirmed that there were difficulties in making payments and transfers. The financial institution is already working to resolve this issue.
As a reminder, PrivatBank’s mobile application experienced technical problems on Saturday, September 6. Users complained about the inability to conduct transactions and errors in the system.
