Russia’s strike on Kharkiv: the number of victims has increased

On the morning of Friday, April 1, a Russian missile hit a high-rise building in Kharkiv, leaving one dead and 54 injured. The attack on the city was announced by the head of the JFO Oleh Syniehubov and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
“An enemy missile hit a densely populated area of Kharkiv. It hit a high-rise building. There may be people under the rubble,” Terekhov wrote.
He noted that there is information about one dead and 54 injured.
“According to preliminary information, the strikes on Kharkiv were carried out by ballistic missiles with cluster munitions. That is why the damage areas are very large,” he wrote.
According to Terekhov, there is a young child among the victims.
According to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, preliminary information suggests that Russians hit apartment buildings in the Osnoviansky district.




Sinegubov said that 13 people, including two children, were hospitalized in city hospitals.
According to him, four people are in serious condition.
