Uklon has integrated with Diia: what services are now available

Uklon has become the first ridesharing service in Ukraine to connect the Diia mobile application for administrative services to register new partner drivers. This is reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to the company’s press release.
Previously, the registration process was more complicated and took up to 8 minutes: drivers had to take photos of their license, technical passport, and other documents, and then wait for confirmation. Now drivers don’t have to upload endless photos of documents and wait for them to be reviewed.
“Thanks to the integration with Diia, we have reduced the driver registration time by 25% – previously it took 8 minutes and required a number of independent steps,” said Uklon Chief Technology Officer Alexander Chumak.
On the Uklon Driver website, it is now enough to click the “Add data via Diia” button, select the necessary documents (driver’s license, technical passport, etc.) and confirm the submission. Instead of taking photos on your phone, you just need a few clicks in the app.

How to share documents
- When registering on the Uklon Driver website, click “Add data via ‘Action'”.
- From the list of documents, select those that are available in Actions. And then click “Upload”.
- From the site in the phone browser, users will be redirected to Diia to confirm that copies have been sent.
- If drivers are registering from a computer, they need to open the scanner in Diia on their phone and point it at the QR code that will be displayed on the screen.
- The Uklon service will then review the driver’s application.
However, Uklon has retained the old way: you can register manually, upload photos of your documents, and wait a bit.
