Uklon expands its nighttime operations: the service will operate during curfew hours in 26 cities
6 February 16:21
From midnight on February 7, 2026, Uklon apps will operate around the clock in seven more cities: Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Kryvyi Rih, Mykolaiv, Sumy, Kharkiv, and Chernihiv.
This was reported by the press service of Uklon, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
The company is expanding the service in response to a government decree and a public appeal by the President of Ukraine to support citizens in the context of the energy emergency, the statement said.
“From now on, the service is available 24/7 in 26 cities of Ukraine so that more residents can get to places of refuge, heating, charging, or deliver food for themselves or their loved ones when necessary,” the company said.
“We continue to scale up our 24/7 service because we see a real need for it to support the functioning of cities,” said Mykola Soroka, head of GR at Uklon.
Uklon operates continuously in Bila Tserkva (Kyiv region), Vinnytsia, Zhytomyr, Kyiv, Kropyvnytskyi, Poltava, Sumy, Cherkasy, Chernihiv, and Kremenchuk.
The 24/7 service also operates in the cities of Dnipro, Zaporizhia, Kamianske, Kryvyi Rih, Kharkiv, Mykolaiv, Odesa, Ivano-Frankivsk, Kamianets-Podilskyi, Lviv, Lutsk, Rivne, Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Chernivtsi, and Uzhhorod.
“As of February 2026, to work during curfew, you must have a pass in all cities except Kyiv and Uzhhorod. In Kyiv, passes are not required for trips to places of safety or heating,” Uklon reminds.
However, conditions may change at the discretion of local regional military administrations. Driver-partners of the service who have passes can fulfill orders and help residents get to places of refuge and warming centers, medical facilities, and train stations, the company notes.
The company adds that Uklon has successful experience of launching and operating during curfew in Lviv, where it has been operating around the clock for a year and a half.
