The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture has decided to allocate UAH 81 million in state support to two industrial park management companies. This is stated in the report of the Ministry, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
Who will receive the funds
The following will receive funding:
- VinIndustri Industrial Park (Vinnytsia region) – UAH 40.3 million for the overhaul of the road leading to the park’s boundaries.
- Ternopil Industrial Park (Ternopil region) – UAH 40.7 million for the construction of power grids necessary to connect future production facilities.
This funding is part of a broader government incentive program aimed at developing industrial sites, attracting investors and creating new jobs.
What is known about the program
Under the terms of the program, the government co-finances the creation of engineering and transport infrastructure for industrial parks – from roads and communications to electricity, water, sewerage, gas and other technical systems.
The mechanism provides for:
- 50% funding from the state budget and 50% from the management company,
- the maximum amount of support is up to UAH 150 million per park,
- a separate scheme is in place for the de-occupied territories – 80% of state funds and 20% co-financing from the local side.
Taking into account the current decision, in 2025, five industrial parks have already received state support for the implementation of seven projects totaling UAH 344.5 million.
The industrial parks sector in Ukraine is currently experiencing a period of active growth. Over the past three years, their number has doubled and exceeded 100 facilities. As of the second half of November, there are 110 parks in the official Register.
