Ukraine has a solution to protect against the Shahed: why it is not being implemented

Is our response to the Russian Federation’s daily attacks on our cities with shaheds ready?
We have a fairly simple, but effective symmetrical response.
Only it has been lying around for six months, unused by anyone.
It has been tested and worked out.
We are not talking about expensive drones from well-known Ukrainian manufacturers. We’re talking about much cheaper solutions that will, however, largely eliminate the imbalance that exists now.
Namely, the imbalance when Moscow sleeps peacefully, and we hear the flight of ‘mopeds’ over our heads every night and every day.
It’s just that no one has set Ukraine the task of making the situation symmetrical.
Secondly, in the fight against the Shahed, everything is now stuck in the lack of high-speed and maneuverable interceptor drones. Which should have been ordered for development two years ago, or at least a year ago.
These are all steps that lie on the surface. They do not require extraordinary funds.
We can shoot down chessmen with drones at a fraction of the cost.
Why aren’t we doing it?
