Ukraine at the 2026 Paralympics: who will compete in cross-country skiing on March 11

On Wednesday, March 11, eight more sets of medals will be awarded at the 2026 Winter Paralympics in Italy, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".
On the fifth day of competition, athletes will determine the winners in para-snowboarding and wheelchair curling.
The competitions are taking place in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo.
When will the Ukrainians compete?
On Wednesday, Ukraine will be represented by athletes in wheelchair racing.

Ukraine’s position in the medal standings
As of the fifth day of the Games, the Ukrainian team is in fifth place in the overall team standings.
Ukrainian athletes have won:
- 3 gold medals
- 2 silver
- 5 bronze
In total, the team has 10 awards.

Ukraine is represented in four sports at the 2026 Winter Paralympics:
- para-biathlon
- snowboarding
- para-alpine skiing
- para snowboarding
The delegation consists of 35 participants:
- 25 Paralympic athletes
- 10 guide athletes who assist athletes with visual impairments.
How many medals will be awarded at the Games
The Paralympic competitions will last until March 15.
During this time, athletes will compete for 79 sets of medals in six sports in Milan and Cortina d’Ampezzo.
More than 650 athletes with disabilities from around the world are participating in the tournament.
