Ukraine and Moldova to recognize educational documents

The government has approved an agreement between the governments of Ukraine and Moldova on mutual recognition of documents on education and academic degrees.
The Permanent Representative of the Cabinet of Ministers Taras Melnychuk announced this on Telegram following a meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
“The Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Moldova on Mutual Recognition of Documents on Education and Academic Degrees, signed on 25.01.2025 in Kyiv, has been approved,” the statement reads.
As a reminder, Minister of Education and Science of Ukraine Oksen Lisovyi and Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Moldova Mihai Popschiu signed an agreement on mutual recognition of diplomas and academic degrees in January 2025.
