Ukraine has received more than $145 billion in international aid since the beginning of the invasion – Ministry of Finance

Over the past three and a half years, Ukraine has received more than $145 billion in international financial assistance.
This was announced by the Minister of Finance of Ukraine Sergii Marchenko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to him, in 2025 alone, more than $30.6 billion in external financing has already been attracted, while the need is $39.3 billion. The Minister also noted the proceeds from the frozen assets of the Russian Federation. As part of the G7 Extraordinary Revenue Acceleration for Ukraine (ERA) initiative, launched in 2024, Ukraine received about $23 billion out of the $50 billion envisaged.
Regarding the next budget year, Marchenko emphasized that amid the ongoing war, the government will continue to allocate all domestic resources to defense. At the same time, to cover social expenditures, the government is counting on the support of international partners – the IMF, the EU and the G7 countries.
