Ukraine invests much less in higher education than Russia. This may result in Ukraine losing to Russia in the next war. This was discussed on the YouTube channel
According to him, Ukraine currently spends about 1.5 thousand dollars per student per year, while in Russia this figure is about 4 thousand dollars.
“We spend about one and a half thousand dollars a year per student, while Russia spends four (thousand dollars – ed.). This means that they will win the next war. In a generation or two, because they simply invest more in their managers, their researchers, their scientists, their opinion leaders, their propagandists, etc.” he said.
Milovanov also noted that Ukraine lags behind not only Russia but also the world’s leading universities: in many European countries, annual expenditures per student reach 10-20 thousand dollars.
According to Milovanov , “Ukraine needs to invest more in education, otherwise we will lose the next war.”
