This was reported by NSDC Secretary Rustem Umerov, according to "Komersant Ukrainian".

According to Umerov, the talks focused on economic development, post-war recovery, and security guarantees.

The Ukrainian side informed their American colleagues about the shelling of civilian infrastructure, which left millions of people in Kyiv without electricity and heating.

In addition to Donald Trump’s son-in-law and the US president’s special envoy, Umerov, together with David Arakhamia and Alexander Kamyshin, held a meeting with representatives of BlackRock, one of the world’s largest investors involved in the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine.

On the sidelines of the Davos Forum, the Ukrainian delegation also met with the prime ministers of Norway and Qatar.

Ukrainian delegation in Davos

As is known, the Ukrainian delegation is in Davos, where the World Economic Forum is taking place. It was expected that President Volodymyr Zelenskyy would meet with US President Donald Trump there, but the head of state remained in Kyiv due to the difficult situation with energy supplies after the Russian Federation’s shelling.

However, it is expected that Trump and Zelensky will still meet on January 22, as announced by the American leader. The parties planned to sign an agreement in Davos on the post-war reconstruction of Ukraine worth about $800 billion.

Regarding the peaceful settlement in Ukraine, Vitkoff and Kushner are going to visit Moscow on January 22, as confirmed by the Kremlin. At the same time, it is known that the Russians were recently given the latest version of the peace plan.
