Ukrainian intelligence cooperates with prostitutes for unique information – Budanov

Ukrainian intelligence has repeatedly received unique information from prostitutes. The head of the Main Intelligence Directorate, Kyrylo Budanov, said this in an interview with journalist Ramina Eskhakzai, reports
“Do you realize how much men sometimes tell to show how powerful they are? We have obtained unique information from prostitutes several times. They talk about things that we would not have been able to find out,” Budanov said.
He added that if an intelligence officer needs to spend a night with a prostitute to achieve a goal, “there is no problem with that.”
In addition, the DIU chief emphasized that it is easier to recruit men because women “understand what is happening faster.”
“It’s easier to recruit men. Women are naturally cunning and understand what is happening faster. Much faster,” Budanov explained.
He also revealed some details about how the recruitment process works. First, they look for vulnerabilities in a person’s lifestyle.
“Drinking is nothing. If a person has serious problems, he is potentially a “client” for recruitment, and this is a standard practice. For example, he is looking for money for his wife. A gambling addict is generally “just right,” said the intelligence chief.
It should be noted that in June 2023, it became known that Kyiv blogger Ksyusha Maneken, who used to work as an escort, helped the intelligence on the “information front” and received an award from the DIU.
