Ukrainian NPPs are fully ready for operation: repairs of all nine power units have been completed

Ukraine has engaged all nine nuclear power units located on the government-controlled territory in electricity generation.
This was reported by the former head of the Ministry of Energy Olha Buslavets, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
According to her, hydroelectric power generation is significantly limited by available capacities and water resources. Electricity production at TPPs and CHPs has declined amid attacks on and destruction of energy infrastructure.
Electricity production from renewable energy sources (RES) is seasonal and depends on cloud cover.
At the same time, according to Buslavets, all 9 nuclear power units controlled by Ukraine are currently commissioned.
“Today, the last 9 power units have been switched on after scheduled repairs,” he said in a statement.
