At the entrance to the Donetsk region, paratroopers have set up a Christmas tree near the stele, welded from rebar and decorated with shell casings, metal and patriotic ribbons. This was reported by the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs.
Next to this unusual Christmas tree, the paratroopers installed a large logo of the 25th separate airborne Sicheslav brigade.
In the video posted, the paratroopers call the steel tree the main Christmas tree of the country.

“This is a real symbol of Donetsk region’s invincibility, courage, faith in victory and New Year’s miracles,” the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine emphasizes.
Today in Lviv, paratroopers of the 80th Air Assault Brigade will present the largest renewed Trident made of didukhs in Ukraine.
As the Lviv Regional Military Administration reminded, last year a record was set at the National Museum of Folk Architecture and Rural Life – a 7.41-meter-high Trident made of didukhs, which was included in the National Register of Records of Ukraine. This year’s project has been updated and made even more impressive, so that Lviv residents and visitors will be able to see a unique Christmas composition.

Galician paratroopers who are undergoing rehabilitation after being wounded helped to join the folk traditions this year and update the trident to present it to Lviv residents.
The solemn event will take place today at 12:00 on the square near the monument to Taras Shevchenko.
