“This is almost 15% more than in the same period last year. Back then, Ukrainians used more than 455,000 forms. It is also 9.7% more than before the full-scale invasion,” analysts say.

In addition, according to Opendatabot, the number of wills has also increased this year. Thus, in the first 6 months of 2024, 68,497 forms were drawn up. Compared to the same period last year, their number increased by 16.2%.
“However, compared to the period before the full-scale war, there were no more wills. Thus, 75,687 will forms were issued in the first six months of 2021,” analysts say.

They emphasise that one notarial act does not always require only one notarial form. Accordingly, the number of actions is indicative and is compared with previous years.
