The Ukrainian video game S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2 continues to break marketing records around the world and is gaining more and more fans and users.
As reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", according to SteamDB, an online service for digital distribution of computer games and programs, more than 113 thousand people were playing Steam at the time of launch, which was an incredible result not only for the Ukrainian game but also for the world’s latest releases.
And just two days after the release, the game sold 1 million copies. PC Gaming Show recognized S.T.A.L.K.E.R. 2: Heart of Chornobyl as the most anticipated game of 2024.

According to MP Oleksandr Marikovskyi, this game is not just an entertainment product, but also a subject of Ukrainian cultural diplomacy. Therefore, promoting it on numerous platforms is a contribution to the common cause of promoting Ukraine and its narratives, the MP believes. And everyone can join in.
“In 10 minutes, everyone can support Ukraine’s economy by leaving a review of Stalker 2 on Steam, Google, Metacritic, Opencritic or IGN. This increases sales, builds an international brand, and counteracts Russian information influence… Your review can stimulate 4-5 additional sales of a $60 game, which strengthens the position of Ukrainian culture in the world,”

In addition, according to him, Russians are trying to discredit the game with negative reviews. Therefore, Ukrainians are simply obliged to leave their own positive assessment.
