The Ministry of Foreign Affairs recommends that Ukrainian citizens leave the territory of Israel and Iran as soon as possible until the situation in the region stabilizes. This was reported by the press service of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“Due to a significant deterioration in the security situation in the Middle East, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs strongly recommends that Ukrainian citizens leave the territory of the State of Israel and the Islamic Republic of Iran as soon as possible until the situation in the region stabilizes,” the ministry’s press service said.

It is noted that all citizens of Ukraine who are on the territory of these countries should remain vigilant, closely monitor the messages of the competent authorities of the host countries, do not ignore air raid warnings and take shelter, observe security measures, and always have their identity documents with them.

The Embassies of Ukraine in Israel and Iran are compiling evacuation lists and developing evacuation options for citizens. Information on possible evacuation routes is available on the information resources of the Ukrainian embassies.

“If you find yourself in an emergency situation or your life or health is threatened, immediately contact the nearest foreign diplomatic mission of Ukraine or the round-the-clock hotline of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine: 38-044-238-15-88,” the ministry added.

Earlier , US President Donald Trump urged people to evacuate the Iranian capital Tehran without delay.

Meanwhile, on the night of Tuesday, June 17, Iran again fired missiles toward Israel. People were urged to take cover, and the Israeli military intercepted the targets and retaliated.

It should be noted that since Friday evening, Israel has been striking at Iran’s strategic targets. In particular, the Fordo underground nuclear complex was attacked.

These actions were part of Operation Lion’s Nation and, as you know, this strike had been in the works for eight months.
