Ukraine hit by anticyclone Julia: weather forecast for August 12

Today, August 12, Ukraine will be visited by the anticyclone Julia. Dry, sunny weather is expected everywhere. This was reported by weather forecaster Natalia Didenko, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

“The air will not yet have time to warm up enough after the passage of the cold atmospheric front, so it will be comfortable. During the day, it is expected to be 24… 28 degrees, in the south and in Transcarpathia 27… 30 degrees. A strong northwest wind is expected in eastern Ukraine! Be careful,” the message says.

On August 12, it will be dry, sunny and comfortably warm in Kyiv. During the daytime, the temperature will be 24…26 degrees. The weather in Ukraine will not change much in the near future.

on August 17-18, the heat is expected to increase, and starting August 19, it will get colder in most regions of Ukraine. However, summer is still firmly in place and will continue to hold its ground.

According to the Ukrainian Weather Center, on August 12, Ukraine is expected to have mostly dry weather with partly cloudy skies. Precipitation is unlikely, with only light, short-term rain possible in Kharkiv and Luhansk regions during the day.

According to weather forecasters, the wind will be predominantly northwest, at a speed of 5-10 m/s.

The temperature at night will be 9…14°, in the southern and southeastern regions it will be warmer, 14…19°. During the day, thermometers will show 20…25°, and in the southern, most central and Transcarpathian regions – 24…29°.

on August 12-14, the southern part, Khmelnytsky, Sumy, Dnipro, August 12-14, and Zhytomyr, Chernihiv, August 13-14, and Rivne, Poltava, August 14, and Lviv, Vinnytsia, Kirovohrad, and Kharkiv regions will experience an extreme level of fire danger.
