Ukrenergo to pay almost UAH 8 million for cleaning its offices in Kyiv

NPC Ukrenergo has announced a tender for the purchase of cleaning services for the company’s premises in Kyiv, worth UAH 7,965,354.82, according to the Prozorro portal, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports.
The tender was announced on December 2, and the deadline for submitting bids is December 10.
For almost UAH 8 million of the expected cost, the future winner will clean Ukrenergo’s offices for the next year.
“The services shall be provided within 12 calendar months from the date of granting access to the Customer’s facilities, but not later than 31.12.2025, whichever date comes first,” the tender notice says.
The previous similar tender of Ukrenergo, worth UAH 4,445,883.65 in June 2024, was won by CLEAN WORLD TECHNOLOGIES LLC. It is interesting that the amount of the contract concluded with the Contractor has not changed from the expected procurement value, not even by a hryvnia. Moreover, CLEAN WORLD TECHNOLOGIES LLC was the only bidder at the auction.
This company itself, according to Opendatabot, had owners from Belarus until February 23, 2022.
At the same time, this does not prevent CLEAN WORLD TECHNOLOGIES LLC from winning government tenders on a regular basis.
In particular, in 2023, the company provided cleaning services to the state-owned Oschadbank for UAH 51,544,556. At the same time, Ukrenergo has ordered cleaning services from this company for more than UAH 34 million.
