“Ukroboronprom is looking for heads of six key enterprises: what vacancies are involved

The Ukrainian Defense Industry Joint Stock Company announces the start of the selection of candidates for the positions of independent members of supervisory boards. It is about six key enterprises. This was reported on the Facebook page of the Ukrainian Defense Industry JSC, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports
The report clarified which areas need to be strengthened:
- aircraft construction
- production of radar equipment;
- production of ammunition and special chemicals;
- production of transport vehicles;
- production of armored vehicles;
- shipbuilding.
Ukroboronprom explained that it aims to ensure the formation of professional supervisory boards that will contribute to long-term sustainable development, transparency, efficiency and control over the management of defense industry enterprises.
“This should be done in accordance with the principles of corporate governance and best international practices,” the company said.
Therefore, they have started looking for candidates for the positions of independent members of supervisory boards with experience in the following areas
- corporate governance
- human resources management;
- high-tech engineering.
