Ukrposhta has launched a new service for its customers. It is a service for the rapid processing of the return of parcels that have not been received by the addressees. As reported on the company’s official website, this can be done in the personal account on the website, in the mobile application and in the Ukrposhta branch, "Komersant Ukrainian" informs

“Now the user can send a parcel at one rate and receive it back at another, if necessary,” the statement said.

For return shipments, there are two tariffs to choose from:

“Priority” – parcels are processed as a matter of priority and delivered as soon as possible;
“Basic” – if the sender has not chosen a tariff, the system will automatically apply this tariff.

The company noted that it is necessary to use the service when creating a shipment.

“We understand how important it is for customers to be able to return goods quickly and without unnecessary hassle. That is why we are launching a service that will make it as easy as possible – and at the same time with the best rates in the country. This is especially important for businesses that seek to improve the quality of service and minimize logistics costs without compromising customer experience,” said Igor Smelyansky, CEO of Ukrposhta.

It is worth noting that in 2024 Ukrposhta completed an important stage of automation of sorting lines. This has significantly accelerated the delivery of parcels and minimized the risks of losses and errors.
