Ukrposhta reduced the fee for utilities for villages by 25%: what you need to know

“Ukrposhta has reduced the fee for utility payments by 25% for residents of Ukrainian villages without banks and ATMs. This was announced by Ukrposhta CEO Ihor Smelyansky, "Komersant Ukrainian" reports

Smelyansky emphasized that in preparation for the launch of Ukrposhta.Bank, financial services are becoming more accessible to Ukrainians.

Particular attention is paid to residents of villages where there are no bank branches and ATMs, which is about 96% of the country’s settlements. For them, Ukrposhta reduces the fee for accepting utility bills by 25% to simplify and reduce the cost of payment.

For those who pay two or more utility bills through Ukrposhta, there is a free cash withdrawal option in their village.

“And for the maximum level of comfort, those who pay two or more utility bills with us will be able to withdraw cash for free in their village and save time and money on transportation to an ATM in the district center,” Smelyansky said.

The promotion is already in effect for the month of July and can be used by all customers when paying for utilities.
