Ukrzaliznytsia changes train routes: Russian shelling destroyed tracks

Ukrzaliznytsia has announced changes in the movement of passenger trains due to damage to the railway infrastructure as a result of another shelling of Kyiv region. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian" with reference to Ukrzaliznytsia.

Part of the trips to Trypillia will temporarily follow a backup route through Fastiv, without stopping at Vydubychi station.

Which trains are changing their route

Trains heading to Kyiv:

  • №785/791 Kremenchuk, Kropyvnytskyi – Kyiv
  • no. 79 Dnipro – Lviv
  • 119 Dnipro – Chełm (Poland)
  • 37 Zaporizhzhia – Kyiv

Trains departing from Kyiv:

  • №732 Kyiv – Zaporizhzhia
  • 44 Ivano-Frankivsk – Cherkasy.

Will there be any delays?

Yes, there will be delays. Delays of up to 90 minutes are expected due to the detour. In particular, this applies to trains that will bypass the damaged section through Fastiv.

  • no. 43/44 Ivano-Frankivsk-Cherkasy (0:21)
  • no. 127/128 Lviv-Zaporizhzhia-1 (0:13)

  • 51/52 Odesa-Holovna-Zaporizhzhia-1 (0:09)
  • no. 39/40 Zaporizhzhia-1-Solotvyno-1 (0:08)
  • 115/116 Chernivtsi-Zaporizhzhia-1 (0:07)
  • no. 749/750 Kyiv-Pas.-Vienna Main (0:05)

What passengers need to know:

  • Trains of the Trypillia direction temporarily do not stop at Vydubychi station.
  • All trains are running, but have changed their route through Fastiv.
  • Delays of up to 1.5 hours are possible.
