Ukrzaliznytsia has changed train schedules for February 5: what passengers need to know
5 February 07:52
Ukrzaliznytsia has announced temporary changes to train schedules for February 5. The adjustments concern one of Ukraine’s border regions and are related to the security situation. The changes affect both rail and bus services. This was reported by "Komersant Ukrainian", citing a message from the company on Telegram.
Combined logistics in Sumy region
A combined passenger transport scheme has been temporarily introduced in the Sumy region, which involves the use of several types of transport on certain routes. This decision was made for security reasons and is temporary.
In particular, for trips to the city of Shostka, a transfer has been organized according to the train-bus scheme. Passengers are advised to pay close attention to announcements made by railway employees directly at stations and stops.
Which trains will change their route on February 5
On February 5, adjustments to the movement of certain trains are planned. The changes will affect the following routes:
- train No. 896/895 will run on the Krolevets-Fastiv route instead of the previously planned Shostka-Fastiv route;
- train No. 6542 Konotop – Neplyueve has been temporarily canceled.
Ukrzaliznytsia notes that the decisions were made taking into account the current situation and the need to minimize risks for passengers.
What is the alternative for passengers
The company offers an alternative for passengers who planned to travel on the Konotop–Neplyueve route.
Instead of the canceled flight, you can use train No. 6546 Konotop – Neplyueve, which will continue to run as usual.

Passengers are advised to
