The infrastructure and buildings of the oil terminal in the Black Sea port of Tuapse were damaged on the night of Sunday, November 2, as a result of the fall of debris from an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), the Krasnodar Territory police reported, "Komersant Ukrainian".

The wreckage of the UAV also fell on an oil tanker.

“The deck superstructure was damaged. The tanker crew was evacuated. A fire broke out on the vessel,” the operational center said in a statement.

According to preliminary reports, there are no casualties, operational and emergency services are working at the scene.

Fuel crisis in Russia

As a reminder, the problems with gasoline in the aggressor country began after a series of powerful strikes by Ukrainian drones on refineries.

As a result, restrictions on the sale of gasoline were imposed in some regions of Russia and the temporarily occupied territories. In addition, the Russian authorities have banned fuel exports.

Amid the fuel crisis, Russian gas stations began to close en masse. This includes gas stations in Moscow.

At least 57 regions of Russia have been affected by the fuel crisis that has hit the country after Ukrainian attacks on oil refineries intensified.

It is worth noting that Russia has resumed gasoline supplies from Belarus through the St. Petersburg exchange. This happened after a break of almost a year due to “high demand and unscheduled shutdowns of refineries.”
